Refund policy

Sinners & Stone is deeply committed to creating enduring designs using top-tier materials that are crafted to last a lifetime. Prior to shipping, all products undergo careful inspections to ensure they are free from defects. In the unlikely event that you receive a flawed product, we are more than happy to either repair it if possible or replace it with an equivalent model within two years from the product's shipment date. Our two-year warranty extends to all customers, even those who may not be the original owners, and it also applies to products sold by our authorized retailers. We deeply appreciate our customers who share our passion for our knives and tools, and our goal is your complete satisfaction.

Please take note that products subjected to clear misuse or abuse are not covered by our warranty (please see care instructions) Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, bent clips, and other signs of regular use, are also not covered. Any modifications or repairs carried out by third-party companies may void the warranty.

If your item is incorrect, please notify us immediately. Photos will need to be provided and the item may need to be returned. We will instruct you once you have made contact. Claims can only be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Sinners & Stone wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange in instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product.
