Time doesn’t slow down, stop, or care whether you’re ready. The tide keeps moving, the gears keep turning — and every second that passes is gone for good.
One side features an exposed mechanical movement of interlocking gears, a reminder that action creates motion and nothing moves forward by standing still.
The reverse carries the old proverb “Time and tide wait for no man”, surrounding a skeletal hand being dragged beneath the waves — a stark reminder that time eventually catches every man. What matters is what you do before it does.
Forged from layered Mokume Gane - brass, copper, and cupronickel layered and forged into a rugged metal pattern that runs through every exposed surface of the coin.
Deep engraved and hand-finished in our workshop in QLD, Australia.
